Do you ship to Alaska?
Yes. We are headquartered in Fort Wainwright, Alaska, and proudly ship to all Alaska communities including Fairbanks, Anchorage, Juneau, and remote areas. Alaska orders may require additional transit time depending on carrier service to your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8.99 for orders under $75 within the contiguous United States. Alaska addresses receive a flat rate of $12.99. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AKST on business days typically ship within 1–2 business days. Contiguous US delivery is usually 3–7 business days after shipment. Alaska deliveries may take 5–10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Unworn shoes in original packaging with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Sale items marked final sale are excluded. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page with your order number and email address to check status at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe secure checkout. Pay on Delivery is available for select Alaska addresses. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How do I find my shoe size?

Yes. All footwear sold by Walkora LLC is 100% authentic and sourced from authorized suppliers. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every pair we sell.
